A sense of disconnection. A feeling that you’ve outgrown old ways of being. Or simply a knowing that you can’t keep moving through life in the same way.
HOW we work together
My coaching blends reflective conversation, embodied awareness and practical integration. We slow things down enough to notice what’s been running underneath the surface, patterns, beliefs, and ways of coping that may once have been helpful but no longer fit.
