The Beautiful Unravelling
A restorative retreat for women ready to let go of who they've had to be and reconnect with who they truly are
June 3rd to 6th 2027 | Cornwall, UK
A quiet invitation for the woman who’s ready to return to herself
You've spent years showing up for everyone else. Holding it all together. Being needed. Being dependable. Being strong. But lately, something feels different. The roles that once defined you are shifting. The life you've carefully built no longer fits quite the same way. And somewhere beneath the noise of everyday life, a quiet voice is asking: What about me?
Somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing your own voice
Perhaps you've been so busy caring for others that you've forgotten what you need. Perhaps you've spent years meeting expectations that were never truly yours. Perhaps you've reached a stage of life where the old version of you no longer fits, but the next version hasn't quite emerged. Midlife isn't a crisis. It's an invitation. An invitation to pause. To listen. To reconnect. To remember. Not who the world told you to be. But who you really are.
This retreat is for the woman who...
Wants to stop rushing and start listening. Feels the pull towards something more meaningful. Knows there is another version of herself waiting to emerge. Is tired of shrinking, apologising, and putting herself last. Longs for deeper connection with herself, with nature, and with other women. Wants to feel alive again.
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

Gentle movement that helps you reconnect with your body. Conversations that remind you you're not alone. Moments of stillness where clarity quietly arrives. And perhaps most importantly...
The chance to spend time with the woman you've been missing.

a PLACE TO EXHALE
Nestled amongst the rolling landscapes of Devon and Cornwall, the Retreat offers something many women haven't experienced in a long time: Space. Space to breathe. Space to think. Space to hear yourself again. Here, mornings begin slowly. You'll walk amongst ancient trees, gather around the fire beneath open skies, share nourishing meals, immerse yourself in nature, and rediscover the healing power of simply being. For a few precious days, there is nowhere to be and nothing to prove.

Meet your guide
My work is grounded in both professional training and personal experience. I’m a qualified coach with advanced training in working with emotion, trauma-informed practice and deeper transformational change. I’m also a qualified hypnotherapist, a women’s circle facilitator, and I’m currently training as a psychotherapist to deepen my understanding of how we heal, grow and reconnect with ourselves.
Having worked in the fitness industry for many years, I’ve long been fascinated by the wisdom our bodies hold and the way lasting change happens when we include the whole person, not just the mind.
The spaces I create weave together coaching, reflection, and genuine human connection. They’re gentle but courageous, spacious but purposeful, offering women the opportunity to slow down, unravel old patterns and rediscover the parts of themselves that may have been hidden beneath years of responsibility, expectation or self-doubt.
I don’t believe there is one path to transformation. But I do believe that when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves, something begins to soften, shift and come alive.
