This is not a course or a workshop. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and explore what is unfolding in your life.
Over six sessions, we’ll gently explore:
• Where you are now and what is shifting
• Letting go of roles or expectations that no longer fit
• Reconnecting with your inner voice
• Opening to the next chapter of your life
Finding Your Way Back to Yourself
This is a small, supportive circle for women navigating midlife, a space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself alongside other women walking a similar path.
So many of us spend years supporting others, holding everything together, and pushing through. This circle is different.
There is no fixing. No pressure. No judgement. Just a calm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are and be deeply listened to.
This is not a course or a workshop. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and explore what is unfolding in your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to be good at sharing. You don’t need to be anything other than yourself.
This circle is limited to just 8 women. A smaller group allows for deeper connection, meaningful conversation, and a sense of being truly seen and heard. If something in you feels drawn to this, you are warmly welcome.
